This privacy policy informs you, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 GDPR, § 5 of the German Digital Services Act (DDG) and § 25 TDDDG, about the processing of personal data when you use the website studio.tachora.app. This is purely an information and marketing website — without user accounts, payment processing or tracking. The legally binding version is the German one.

2. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. and delivered via the content delivery network of Cloudflare, Inc. When the site is accessed, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, and browser / operating-system identifier.
- Purpose: secure and stable delivery, protection against attacks and abuse.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
- Retention: short-term technical logging; server logs are usually deleted or anonymised within a few days.
3. Cookies and similar technologies (§ 25 TDDDG)
This site uses only technically necessary storage; no consent under § 25(2)(2) TDDDG is required.

NEXT_LOCALE) — stores your language choice; lifetime up to 12 months.
We do not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, nor profiling. Fonts are served locally; no external font service is contacted.
4. Contact
If you contact us by email, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, email address, message) solely to handle your request. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). We delete this data once it is no longer required.
